I believe technology is working on that with smart balls and semi-automatic offside decisions; it should make offside decisions much quicker and more accurate.

No, but it was factual (kind of, once you get the correct frame for the pass), so it's not open to interpretation.

We've made a number of good blocks it has to be said.
