Always felt at CB you need one ball player and one ball winner. I’m always happy for Dawson to play as long as the other CB can play a little bit.

Good result (poor match). Thought Dawson was so much better alongside Zouma (if I can say that today!). The weak link in our back four today was Coufal. He seems to be having a poor season.

Soucek & Coufal were the poorest for me, Antonio couldn’t get in the game & Rice was quiet too. Zouma & Dawson good, Fornals &
Lanzini busy, Bowen the pick.

Coufal needs to be replaced by Johnson now. Doesn’t offer us anything going forward. Just checks back & passes backwards every time.
