    I just know that someone will know this from the forum.

    Is there a match we could theoretically have in which we would have no player Derbys?

    Premiership - Championship & League 1

    C+B - what a great question, and one I think will be a challenge for us. So I split it off to its own thread for fun.

    Lets start with League 1, currently. Alphabetical 1-10.

    Accrington Stanley, AFC Wimbledon, Blackpool, Bristol Rovers, Burton Albion, Charlton Athletic, Crewe Alexander, Doncaster Rovers, Fleetwood Town, Gillingham.

    11-20 to follow. :-)

    Edit - I'll cross off teams as people identify a derby, but don't let that stop you coming up with others.

    Well, I’m going to go for the easy one and say Charlton definitely isn’t one of them. Parker, Poyet and I’m sure some more obvious ones I’m missing.

    Blackpool - The Elliot Lee Derby
    Bristol Rovers - The Elliott Ward Derby
    Burton Albion - The Martin Samuelsen Derby
    Charlton Athletic - The Paolo Di Canio Derby
    Crewe Alexander - The Dean Ashton Derby
    Doncaster Rovers - The Herita Ilunga Derby
    Fleetwood Town
    Gillingham - The Frank Nouble Derby

    also for Gillingham we had Martin Allen who managed them as well as Glenn Roeder.

    Also just found him wasn't sure if it was Elliot or Olly but Olly Lee was loaned to the Gills by us and is also on loan with them again now from Hearts.

    There are some youth players who have been loaned to Accrington, but I can’t think of any first teamers for them or for Fleetwood

    He got sent off in the league cup against AFC Wimbledon after about 3 minutes or something and then they signed him right after

    I’ve been through every link on this page and I can’t find anyone. I think Fleetwood are the first non derby team.

    Oxford - one of our Academy players went there, can't remember who. Thought it was Blair Turgott but it wasn't.
    Portsmouth, the Matty Taylor derby.
    David Martin has a few league 1 derbies named after him - Accrington Stanley, MK Dons
    Peterborough- the Martin Samuelson derby.

    Swindon - The John Moncur Derby

    Toni Martinez and Nathan Holland were both loaned to Oxford.
