I think it's very unfair for a different player to retake a penalty. If a penalty has to be retaken ..... note the word retaken ..... surely it should be the same player.
I'm caught in 2 minds though:
1 - It's Man Utd so they deserve it but
2 - It's Crystal Palace

The new laws state that a goalkeeper must stay on his line and he didn’t although I doubt many will. Depends on what the ref sees and I don’t know if VAR looks at it.
