We probably need another 17-18 points from 16 games to stay up this season. After the Leicester and Liverpool games it will be 17-18 points from 14 games.
It is just not going to happen with the players we have currently.
How did our board let this happen ? They have had ten years to sort this mess out.

I don't like the idea of playing him when he is only just fit, but he gives so much energy and pace to the team, I don't think we have any choice.

Moyes has got a huge blind spot where he's concerned. Been poor for a while but still starts ahead of Ajeti and Fornals.

Lanzini is more like for like with Anderson, and more experienced for this type of game than anyone on the bench. Shame he lost that bit of speed that took him past players, needs to work on running sideways and maintaining control now.

Fornals was arguably our most in form player over the last 5/6 games

Why has he been dropped? He seems like the type of player Miyes would like, a player good on the ball who also does the defensive work really well

The last time Lanzini played well was when he played off of Arnie. I guess that’s why. But yes, Fornals should be ahead of him.
