Now here's something I didn't know.

Not only did Martin Peters play his last season in the football league at Sheffield United (1980-81 3rd Division) but he quit as a player coach to become manager halfway through the season. Didn't help, they still got relegated.

Right on the shelf next to my computer is the copy of "The Ghost of '66" which I bought years ago but never got around to reading. When I retire (7 years, 11 months, 29 days) I promise myself I am going to read more...

It looks worse than it is because we are playing 5 defenders with 1 on the bench.

Normally we'd play 4 with 2 on the bench.

And Rice can cover at CB in an emergency.
