Looks a good buy. 5 year contract, he'll still be young when it ends and if nothing else hopefully his value will increase. Business completed or maybe a loan - in to come?

Reading that announcement, I interpret it as being he will train with the first team but is expected to play with the Dev squad. At least for a while.
