I went to see Kettering Town today in their third qualifying round of the FA Cup against Hednesford, the 184th different side the Poppies have met in the FA Cup since 1888. Which is an FA record.

The Poppies won 4-0, with 3 penalties (could/should have been a fourth!). Which takes them to 848 FA Cup goals, which is also an FA record.

    I went to see mickleover sports lose 2-1 to alfreton in the same cup, couple of the lads who drink in my pub play for mickleover even tho it was early doors there were tears that they didn’t qualify to the next round that’s what footballs about, nice stats tho Dodger
