  • How do you people find time to work ;biggrin
  • Does anybody out there subscribe to the NBC-SN channel from England and how do you get on with it ? - The 10 minute trial on the City game was excellent and the Reddit stream was pretty good for long spells (Cheers Grey )
  • Grey, how do you get those snowflakes on the screen?
  • Do the snowflakes come with trigger warnings?
  • Bubbles

I can't claim any credit; it's a plugin for Vanilla.

    I think it uses javascript.

There are lots of examples on the Interwebby for similar effects.
  • So it doent happen when your screen freezes? ;whome
  • MrsGrey, magic, really? So

  • Lukasz Fabianski was the last goalkeeper to save a Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang shot on target in the Premier League - 99 days ago (25th August). Now 10 successive shots on target scored in the competition. ;wahoo
  • All time PL penalties:

    Liverpool 148
    Mike Dean 145
    Arsenal 139
    Man Utd 134
    Chelsea 131

Dean has awarded 6.2% of all penalties in PL history ;lol
  • However IH he has reffed over 460 PL matches, not too weird then. ;ok
  • Don't know how many of you know about this sport, but they definitely know how to do an overhead kick.

  • That looks easy! Could be some arthritis involved in later life.
  • After tonight’s victory against Cardiff, I did a quick and (very, VERY) rough check on the eight opening games of the season, and I reckon that, had three or four shots gone in, and had two or three goals not been conceded, West Ham would be comfortably in sixth place on around 27 points.
  • I saw a nice stat yesterday, Spurs now have the most goals conceded in PL history...
  • Vorse, I love the stat but admit to being astonished by it
  • Yeah it's a peach... ;biggrin
  • The OS have a very impressive stat on their info page about Issa Diop!

Converting this into imperial measurements, he is three feet tall and 30 stone, 7lbs. That makes his performance on the pitch even more impressive!
  • Think you’ve got bennys stats there well the 30 stone bit lol

Secret, you can't believe everything you read on the internet; I read today that Mark Hughes and Neil Warnock are football managers. Oops, make that also ex-manager. ;biggrin
  • Nobes and a few of the boys take on Crazy Snooker

I havent looked at the clip yet but Im taking a wild guess that Mark Nobles shots went both sideways and backwards ;run

  • If betting advertisements are to be banned on television, will clubs need two sets of kit, one with and one without betting adverts. I’m sure more shirts would be bought without betting companies on the front ;wink
  • epsom

It only affects TV advertising atm, during a match, and is a voluntary move on the part of the companies involved, so not exactly a ban.
  • what's the betting that sky will put their prices up if they lose advertising revenue (see what I did there?) ;nonono
  • ;nonono But it's orl abaht the in play...

I don't buy our shirts because of this but actually discovered that this season (and I think last) there's an Under-18 shirt, which is for full-sized teens and without the sponsor. They go up to adult XL size. (I think our youth teams wear this shirt.)
  • there's an Under-18 shirt, which ... go up to adult XL size.
