What do you think the starting line up vs Man Utd will be?

Will we sign any nee players by then?
If so, will they start?

    Ayew

    Think Bilic deep down prefers 4-2-3-1 and he'll try it out this season as Zabaleta is a RB, not really got the legs as a RWB and untested (and small) for a RCB

    Gonna dream and say Giroud, even though I don't think he will join but have to stay optimistic right now and pray it comes off

    Do think we will have another couple signings but I don't think they will start

    Think that's a tad pessimistic mate. Gonna be more than one signing in the XI and I suspect Ayew might be sold this summer.

    Just get the feeling he's not 100% settled. Hope not though as think he has potential next season.

    But if we cashed in it would likely be the higher end of the cash spectrum.

    Not sure we'd get more than we paid, though, and he started chipping in with a good few goals towards the end of the season, so I can't see what would convince the owners to sell.

    Back in May Ayew's dad told Le Parisien....
    André may return to OM one day. He is a child of the club, trained in Marseilles. He has the love of the shirt, the fans know he is ready for anything for his club
    Well, what he actually said was....
    Il est possible qu'André revienne à l'OM un jour. C'est un enfant du club, formé à Marseille. Il a l'amour du maillot, les supporteurs savent qu'il est prêt à tout pour son club
    So not actually he'd be leaving for Marseille this season but that was how it was interpreted by Claret & Hugh, the Sun, the Mirror, etc.

    Just had a quick look up on our 1st game against Chelsea last season we set up with

    Antonio - Reid - Collins - Masuaka
    Noble- Nordtveit - Kouyate
    Valencia - Carroll - Ayew (Tore)

    I'd be shocked if our first XI against Utd isn't better than this

    I'd also be a little surprised if we didn't go for either 3 centre backs or 3 centre midfielders

    Think Bilic prefers his 4-2-3-1 but not for a game like this

    We played with three at the back for the last five games of the season and it was our most successful formation, W9 D4 L6 compared with W4 D5 L12 playing four at the back

    The only problem with 3 at the back I don't see where Zabaleta fits into it as he hasn't really got the legs for a modern wingback or the stature of a centre back

    But I agree we definately looked better with 3 at the back past year
