So we come out of the weekend not as well as I, and many, had hoped. Losses for Forest & Spurs are tempered by us not winning and the Leeds, Palace and Brighton results. We can't expect everyone around us to not pick up points and Forest will think Liverpool will do them a favour next Saturday.
Leeds just about in it (albeit playing well & with favourable games)
Leeds are playing very well, just 2 losses in the last 14, Arsenal at home and Newcastle away
They’re currently 15th because they had a dreadful run in October and November, losing 6 out of 7. The only game they didn’t lose was beating us 2-1
It might be worth keeping an eye on Sunderland, they’ve lost 5 out of the last 7 and lost the last 2 home games. They were 7th at the start of January, now they’re 12th
Liverpool were poor because forest pressed high and hard especially first half. That is not how we've been playing. If we sit deep and let them have time on the ball then I can't see us getting anything next week
If we could just get our nose in front again I think the pressure would really fall on the other sides, we just need to take their buffer away, as we nearly did against United and failed to against B'mouth.
I like how we are playing and fighting, I hope that Sumemrville has not drawn so much attention that he will now get marked out of matches as he has been electric, but B'mouth clearly made it their number one priority to not allow him space.
If we go down I will be sad we didn't get to see what Nuno could really do for us next season, having shaped a really poor set of players into this I think with another window in the summer he could be what we hoped for when Moyes left.

( Little edit. I meant Gabriel of course. Comms was talking about Saliba while I was typing and I got distracted)
Same old Arsenal....
3 mins left.
Leeds just about in it (albeit playing well & with favourable games), Spurs & Forest; 1 gained on the latter two, no ground lost on first
I was disappointed with the draw but we have played the leagues two form sides in the last two games & not lost either
Anfield next Saturday is not nailed on; they weren’t convincing today & haven’t been all season
