  So 27 mins in and all square, not saying it is a poor performance but it is a poor game, neither side seems to be playing with much purpose and there are unforced errors aplenty.
  
  Liverpool seem to be starting to sting a few passes and moves together, we tend to be relying on individuals running with the ball or pushing it long into space

  Certainly very drab but Liverpool have had bright spells. It feels like eventually something will fall for them & that will be the goal that gets them going.

  So we get to half time with honors even which we have to be happy about but it is not thus far, a game that will last in the memory.
  
  Liverpool probably created the better chances with Areola once again pulling out a couple of good saves, one in particular, but other than that there was not much to get excited about from either side.
  
  Fernandes had a good half and I saw a bit more from Magassa which is encouraging.
