    No need to set any rule/cut off. If someone wants to name a sub after the team is announced, and the sub they name is in the first X1.... that's up to them.

    Lol, it was more that anyone who names a sub after the team is announced would be at an advantage as they wouldn't pick a sub that was in the starting XI (they'd be pretty silly to name someone at that point that is starting, wouldn't they?).
