Have just seen the penalty incident that wasn't awarded to Bayern Munich; that ref should never ref again. Literally the worst decision I've ever seen:

Yeah that’s one of the more bizarre situations I’ve seen. It absolutely should be a penalty.

The explanation is even worse. He is saying he is not going to enforce the rules because of the age of the player or the type of game. They don't understand they are there to apply the rules of the game and nothing else.
