IBSA Visually Impaired Cricket T20 Final
For those interested in seeing how Visually Impaired cricketers play, this links to the whole of the Final yesterday between Pakistan & India - https://www.youtube.com/live/vxnC7cKV3UU?si=O_T-VmL0fW2FOM4q. Both teams are Professional - there are more than 30,000 VI Cricketers registered in India, compared to less than 300 in the UK.
The Indian Women won the Women's Final against Australia earlier in the day with England coming 3rd so getting Bronze medals.
FYI each team is made up of:
A minimum of:
- 4 totally blind players (B1s)
- 3 partially blind players (B2s)
A maximum of:
- 4 partially sighted players (B3s)

Comments
We were actually put on one of the Test Match wickets right in the centre of the ground, which surprised me. I've done VI Cricket at Wantage Road (Northants Country Ground) and they always put us on the edge of the square, so my expectations were mistakenly low!
Some excellent play from both sides.
