Ref the goal, imo Bowen didn't materially have an impact, as Vlasic managed to prod the ball into their keeper before Bowen could get a touch. However, I wouldn't have been surprised to see it disallowed.

Wasn’t a free kick but a dropped ball. Ref stopped play due to injury.
