Haller is a great finisher but needs to take a little more care with his passing sometimes. I'm liking the look of Bowen and Fornals on the wings though.

Couple of things I’ve just discovered whilst updating me spreadsheet.

1. This is Declan Rice’s 100th club appearance
2. Both Michail Antonio and Jarrod Bowen made their debuts against Man City, and scored their first goals against Southampton

I think we've looked dangerous throughout. And we look fitter and quicker to the ball than we were a few weeks ago.

We could do with taking a little more care with the ball and having some periods of possession, but at the same time being direct and quick to attack has created most of our chances and our goals.

Enjoyed watching that.

Players are moving the ball quicker and faster. Its not being hoofed. Players in the middle of the pitch are taking responsibility to get on the ball and move it fast and not dawdle.

If the defending can improve we can take Southampton to the cleaners here. They look terrified when the ball is coming at them.
