Match blog on club's website says Perez and Obiang have knocks.
In his pre-match interview, the manager says, "Lucas Perez also had a problem. He tried to work with the squad on Friday but he said he has too much pain after ten or 15 minutes.
Our injury record, year after year, is pretty ridiculous. I don't know if it's just one of those things where it seems like it's always terrible for us because West Ham is the only club I pay close attention to, or if it really is objectively and consistently horrendous. It seems to be the latter.
We used to blame the training ground but now I have no idea what it is about this club and injuries.
I do think we suffer more than most Jorderz. We're regularly near the top of the Physioroom table and it seems to be mostly key players that we manage to break.
We've changed training grounds and have been through several coaching and medical teams and nothing has changed, so I don't think it's anything other than pure bad luck.
Part of the reason it's bad though is that we have Carroll and Reid perpetually in the treatment room, and we've added Wilshere and Yarmolenko who both have poor injury records. I don't know if it's that we are particularly unfortunate, or if we sign injury prone players?
Were booting the ball up the pitch but our two changes to the side were Diangana and Hernandez for Yarmolenko and Arnautovic. No wonder we keep losing possession! We need to play the ball on the ground.
Anderson looks like a good payer but I can't for the life of me understand the positions he takes up on the pitch. He's never where I want a left winger to be on the pitch
