I was at that Wimbledon game. Joe Cole was awesome and Di Canio came on for a bit, was a little rusty. I was in the Wimbledon ends due to going last minute, was a bit embrassed by our fans giving Hartson a tough time about going bald all game.
Interested to see more of Yarmolenko - looks like an old fashioned centre forward but plays out wide ! Supposed to have a great left foot shot. And Snodgrass has done precious little so far, so needs to make an impact tonight.

Scored against the spuds ;thumbsup
Wanna see a strong team with a few of the guys who are short of match practice involved which Exwhu has said we are likely to see
Too soon for noble, Arnie or Antonio
Zabaleta - Diop - Ogbonna - Cresswell
Rice - Obiang
Yarmolenko - Snodgrass
Perez - Hernandez
Is the XI according to whufc_bulletin.
In recent years, the sides we have put out for these kind of games haven't really played with any shape (or quality, tbh.)
I'm wondering if the changes Pelle is trying to make will have filtered down to those players not getting regular starts.
Its not even that they lack first teamers it just seems flat when we play in the cup
Team looks strong enough though, interesting to see where Perez plays whether it is upfront or slightly behind Hernandez
Youd imagine this team has enough to win fairly comfortably, although it may be a slow start

Basic defending if you are in a 3, 4 or 5 man back row..
But we need to be putting those kind of chances away.
