Disagree, Chicago. Taking one for the team for sure, but yellow not red because there was another defender in the picture. So not a clear goal scoring opportunity imo. And the refs, I suppose.

I reckon that Kompany had no idea that there was another defender in the picture, clear intent to bring him down when in on goal, very cynical in my view.

Anywhere else on the pitch and I probably would agree with you but not where the incident took place.

Would have to see it again but I was not convinced that the “covering” defender was going to be able to provide much in the way of cover.

IMO, the ref can possibly hide behind the letter of the law, but I think he factored in the fact that the game was only 3 minutes in and he decided to keep it 11 vs 11.

Leicester contributing to an entertaining game - they may be two down but do not look out of it.

but saying that, the way Man C move the ball is commendable and you have the feeling that they will get a third and secure it.

City dropped gears after the 2nd goal ( theyve done it a couple of times previously when Ive watched too ) and cruised. Theyre ridiculous at the moment, just amazing to watch

I went and watched Notts County at the weekend, they won 3-1 against Cheltenham and I quite enjoyed the game. Nice old fashioned ground a good afternoon out .
