    Lanzini=scapegoat IMO, not his preffered position, but regardless come on Fornals.

    Lanzini has been rubbish, it’s not about him being a scapegoat he is just clearly massively out of form. I can’t understand how he starts ahead of Fornals, but with 20 minutes ago I’m not sure why we’re staying with 5 at the back

    IMO lanzini was no worse than others, he played in a position that isn't his choice, Moyes a manager for how long sees fit to play him before Foranls, good enough for me.

    I’m not sure what Lanzini has done to impress you so much, jay, but I’m glad someone other than Moyes can see something worthwhile in his performances

    Alderz, thanks for ur comment, I just feel there are many players who are not on top form, Haller, Noble, Snodgrass, but to make it just about Lanzini, IMO no chance.

    Not seen a single comment that Lanzini is the only issue? As I said at halftime, Noble and Snodgrass were poor, Haller isolated.

    Lanzini is out of form, my saying so isn’t making him a scapegoat.

    And let's be real Fornals has been perhaps even more useless than Lanzini since coming on.

    He’s not done a lot, no. But again, that doesn’t mean Lanzini is playing well. Both things are true, IMO.

    My feeling is that, on recent form, Fornals is more deserving of a start, as Lanzini needs to be taken out of the firing line for a minute.

    Alderz, if not u, many choose to slate Lanzini, if he'd just did what Fornals did with that effort, u can only imagine...just my opinion tho Alderz.

    Lanzini has been useless this season but so have most of them. I feel with Lanzini it's because it's either him or Fornals so fans are frustrated that Moyes is picking Manu over him which I get. But then again bar a few games of late Fornals has been pretty much a pointless signing imo.

    Both have been average, Manu, IMO people forget what he is capable of, the link up with a class player like Payet, shows his class.
    Regardless of all this, i suppose if we can keep it to a 2-0 loss isn't the end of the world, we are after all playing the best team in the division if not world at the moment ( that's 4 u Baz ).

    I think the reason I personally am frustrated with Lanzini this season is precisely because I know what he’s capable of. He’s a shadow of the player he was, and it’s hard to watch.

    Tbh, we’ve created chances, which is more than usual.

    fair result, not unexpected , but must say Jon Moss was very harsh in general with decisions for us IMO..
    Liverpool= class, we = can survive with a bit of luck and hard work, will we, IMO no.
