  What a lovely game to start as manager.
  
  Probably easier than playing your own reserves in a warm up.
  
  West Ham as a club is a shambles no leadership from top to bottom.
  
  We need a new manager, captain and a new squad. The directors are hopeless as well.

  We are the worst team in the PL for attitude and effort at the moment. Pathetic doesn’t come close.

  We could win 3-2 and I would still want Pelle gone, he is clueless. Obviously can't motivate the players, and picking Roberto is the final straw. Martin couldn't have done any worse so far.

  Anderson and Yarmolenko have been no where near Haller.
  
  I also don't get how Masuaku doesn't even make the bench when he is our best left back (and would probably offer us a different dynamic if he was played on the left wing too).
