    If we end up with an odd number of entrants, say the current 9, then could the odd man out each week play against the average (mean) of the other 8 teams, or, if you want to keep it "home and away", if the odd man out is at home, the average of the 4 away teams?

    Ironduke was the 10th last season, but he's not been active since before you opened this thread; maybe he's away, or waiting for closer to the start of the season to be active on the site so he might still want to participate again this season.
