A resignation letter from Adrian on Facebook.
Dear 'Claret and Blue' fans!
When I came to London in 2013 I coudn't imagine, that this place, those people and that club will stole my heart forever. It was some special thing I will never, never forget. Specially this year - the last year of Boleyn Ground - I'm truly honoured I could play in that special season for every Hammer supporter.
It's very tough for me to say this statement, but this is my last season for West Ham United. I had an offer I can't refuse, from one of the best teams in the world which is playing in my country. I hope you understand, that playing here was one of the best time I ever had in my entire life, but when you are getting such a good offer from your country and your son is born, you want to raise him in home with the entire family.
I'm sure I will be back in West Ham sooner than you are thinking now. Don't be mad at me - I will love this club till I die.
I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles,
Pretty Bubbles In the Air.
Best regards,
Adrián San Miguel

Reckon she's made that up and claims it's off his Facebook account.
Good effort, though. The sort of thing he would write. ;wink
