Who starts the next match thread? Here's a clue - pea and "......." ;biggrin
  • 3 goals in each of those three wins, too, and none from Arnie.

That alone shows how far we’ve come since last season.

And without Yarmo and Lanzini, too.

This is a great point and something I'd overlooked. Ok, it was Palace, but we did it without three of our most dangerous forwards. Arguably Wilshere would be a starter too, so our squad depth has definitely improved under Pellegrini.

What I really like is that I'm actually disappointed with the scoreline. 3-2 is a bit too close for comfort, but if this was Game 5 of the season I'd have ripped your arm off for it.

Shows how far we've come ;ok
  • Just saw the goals all with a bit of quality in there own right to be fair
  • Well that turned out to be quite good fun.
  • Just seen Anderson's goal. Oh my word. Class.
  • Just got home from rough day at work, great comments from the start, hearts on sleeves, and a great win
    ;scarf
  • Anderson's price tag now seems well justified, a player that can easily change a game..
After the 1st half poor showing it was a great 2nd half for us & fab 3 points, the dizzy heights of 10th place at moment is well pleasing.. ;scarf

    ;nonono A large one, then.
  • The average for the past 5 Decembers have seen us at the bottom together with Southampton.
Not this season so far. 100% record.
  • I am guessing it was a bit topsy-turvy today!
  • Well done lads! Does anyone know the last time we won 3 on the bounce?

  • Manager of the month award contender for pelle
  • MIA, December 2016, but last time we scored 3 in each of them was I think 1982.
  • I am guessing it was a bit topsy-turvy today!

An understatement. Some really nice stuff followed by some football that made me question whether they were professionals.

    From the BBC
Since then, the Hammers' form has been more that of a top six outfit, and they have now won three on the trot for the first time since December 2016.
  • Even better stat from the BBC
West Ham have won three consecutive top-flight matches whilst scoring 3+ goals in each game for the first time since October 1982.
